Charlie Fout

Charlie Fout  CFO| CPA

Charlie moved from Ohio as a teenager and graduated locally, from Winter Park High School. When his family moved into the area, he lived in one of the only houses in a newly developed area, long before it became the bustling city center it is today. He attended Rollins College, before transferring to Florida Southern.  After graduation, he became certified as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

Charlie has extensive professional experience and has worked on some fascinating projects. He has worked with Profit Recovery Group, doing tax recovery for fortune 500 companies, as well as aiding in Director’s Exams, while employed at Deloite Touchs, where he was involved in auditing local banks. During this period, he became proficient in commercial loan documentation, which he later used to the benefit of many companies.  Charlie has also worked with Anderson Wood Products. There he maneuvered funding for four of Epcot’s major building projects and oversaw the formation of a construction company in Florida, as the park was just getting started. He has been a part of Disney’s legacy, but has also been involved Florida’s local space program. As an industrial engineer, Charlie was part of the launch support team for the first four Apollo Missions. To this intriguing portfolio, Charlie adds being a financial consultant, helping companies with complete turn-arounds, as well going into business on his own.

Currently, Charlie works as the Chief Financial Officer for Keesee and Associates, Inc. and our sister company, FDS Engineering Associates. He has been happily married for over 50 years, enjoys riding his Harley through Bike Week, and going boating. Charlie has spent a lot time faithfully supporting our company and looks forward to seeing both Keesee and Associates and FDS Engineering Associates grow profitably.
