We’re very excited to announce that 13% of the homes in this year’s Orlando Parade of Homes were either designed or had their construction documents and structural engineering done by Keesee and Associates, Inc! That’s a great representation, and we’re proud to share a little of our handiwork.
Here’s a list of our homes you can find in this year’s Parade and a little bit about them:
The first photo shows the Westport home #6, open Monday through Saturday 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday 11 am – 6pm. It’s a 3400 sq. ft. single-family residence in Apopka. The Westport was designed by Keesee and Associates.
The next photo displays the Florence model #34 in Kissimmee, a single-family residence with 2200 sq. ft, 4 beds and 3 bath. This home is open Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 6 pm during the Parade of Homes.
The Windsor #35 is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, with a relaxing balcony seating area. Located in Kissimmee, it boasts a 2800 sq. ft. living area. and a great lakefront view.
The Catalonia #36 is a 2500 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath in Kissimmee, FL. This home is open Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 6 pm as well.
The home featured in the center of our photos is the Saratoga #37. Found in St. Cloud, it has a spacious 6 bedroom layout, with an excellent kitchen and a backyard lanai patio. The 4300 sq. ft. living area is open to the public Monday through Thursday and Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, and on Friday and Sunday 12 – 6 pm.
The next house, the Sand Dollar model #41, has a 3300 sq. ft. layout, with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bath. Located in Champions Gate, this home has a blue-purple color scheme that carries throughout the entire house, creating a clean, modern vibe. It’s open to the public for viewing Monday through Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 11 am – 6 pm, and was also fully designed by Keesee and Associates.
The Bellingham #45 is a luxurious 4000 sq. ft. home with large bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and an excellent pool. It’s open for viewing Monday through Thursday and Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, and on Friday and Sunday 12 – 6 pm.
In the bottom center above, you’ll see the Lakeside Village Townhomes #54 in Windermere. Designed by Keesee and Associates, each townhouse offers 4 beds, 3.5 bath, with 2400 total sq. ft., a open layout and a relaxing water feature.
The Custom Island Home on Lake Butler #65 (not shown here) is located in Windermere and is available for viewing by appointment only. The lavish home, with over 8000 sq. ft. was designed by Keesee and Associates as well.
The last home pictured in this post is part of the Remodel Showcase #74, only open April 20-21st. It’s a Winter Park home that has been revamped by Keesee and Associates’ remodel design and includes a beautiful kitchen and cozy living room. This home is open for public viewing this Saturday and Sunday only 10 am – 6 pm.
